A Boxer dog that was missing for a couple of weeks and at one point thought to be cowering underground in storm water pipes has been located in Titusville.
The 5-year-old boxer named “Sugar Bay” was identified Tuesday on a residential security camera off of Barna Avenue over 1 mile far from home.
The dog was reunited with its owners Wednesday morning. The experience left Sugar Baby about 10 pounds lighter with the beginnings of an ear infection and a injury on its hind quarter.
“The vet said she was in pretty good shape for being gone for 15 days,” explained owner Kris Lee.
A week ago, the dog drawn news media interest when it was believed to be in storm water pipes underneath an undeveloped neighborhood.
